PayStudio | Payment Links, Invoices, Subscriptions & a Designed Checkout for WordPress

PayStudio takes payments without a shop. Create a payment link, a donation page, a subscription or an instalment plan and send the address: customers pay on a designed, hosted checkout with the gateway you chose. Send invoices with a PDF and a pay link and let the reminders chase them. Subscriptions bill through Stripe or by invoice with dunning. Tax rules, VIES-validated VAT numbers, coupons, on-paid actions and a ledger that never charges twice.

• Receipts page with status polling (M-Pesa, bank transfer), PDF receipts, legal pages (terms, privacy, refunds) served from the same host, receipt and notification emails
• Overview with revenue per currency, a 30-day chart, gateway split, top links, recent payments; orders with refund / re-check / mark paid; coupons; an activity log; Site Health check

Gateways

1. Settings: business country and currency — the Gateways tab then shows which of 60 providers serve merchants where you are
2. Enable the ones you have accounts with (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Paystack, Razorpay, Flutterwave, M-Pesa, bank transfer), paste the keys, press Test
3. Point the provider webhook at the URL shown so payments settle even when a customer closes the tab
4. Create a payment link and pay it in test mode

Installation

1. Download the zip from your Library
2. In wp-admin go to Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin, choose the zip and activate it
3. A new menu entry appears in the admin sidebar; open it
4. PayStudio › Settings: business details, country, currency; Gateways: enable one; create a link and open its page

Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or newer (tested up to 7.0)
• PHP 8.0 or newer
• An account with at least one of the integrated gateways (bank transfer needs none)
• HTTPS on the site
• Optional: ShareVault for file delivery, LearnDash or Tutor LMS for enrolments
