Refund policy

You can ask for a refund on any paid order within 14 days of purchase from the order page linked in your receipt email, with a short reason. When a refund is approved the money is returned by the payment provider you paid with, usually within a few business days, and the licence key on that order stops working everywhere. Requests outside the window are reviewed by hand. Problems with a download or activation are usually solved faster by support.
